Plain-language terms for using ForeDrive. By using the app or the website you agree to them.

What ForeDrive is

ForeDrive is a trip-planning aid. It combines public weather forecasts, routing data and official alerts to describe conditions you may meet along a drive. It is not a weather service, not a navigation service and not a source of official warnings. Forecasts can be wrong, roads can close, and conditions change faster than any forecast. You are responsible for every decision about whether, when and how to travel. Always follow official warnings, road authorities and what you see on the road.

Using the app

• You may use ForeDrive for personal, family or business trip planning. Don't resell it, scrape it, overload it, or use it to build a competing service.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to drive to use it for your own driving.
• We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend use that harms the service or other people.
• The app relies on third-party data services (listed on the privacy page). When one is unavailable, parts of ForeDrive may be unavailable too.

ForeDrive Plus subscriptions

• What you get. Plus adds route options compared on weather, a longer departure calendar, change alerts, traffic-aware arrival times and departure reminders. Features may be added or adjusted over time.
• Billing. Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website. The price is shown before you buy. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or from the website account page for web purchases. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are refunded under Apple's or Google's policies; contact them directly. For web purchases, email support@foredrive.app within 14 days of a charge you did not intend.
• Tester codes unlock Plus for testing and can be withdrawn at any time.

ForeDrive Fleet

• Fleet is sold per team by invoice or subscription, as agreed when the team is set up. Pilots are free for the agreed period.
• The dispatcher who creates a team is responsible for who receives its links. A link is a key: anyone holding the dispatcher link can edit the board, and anyone holding the driver link can view it.
• Fleet briefings and hold-or-go recommendations are planning aids for a dispatcher's judgment. They do not replace hours-of-service rules, DOT restrictions, company policy or a driver's judgment on the road.

Your content

Trips, favorites and settings stay on your device unless you share a board with a team, set a reminder, or send us a message. What we store and why is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty; limits on liability

ForeDrive is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is accurate, complete or available, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or cost arising from a decision to travel or not to travel, from relying on a forecast, rating, route or arrival time, or from the app being unavailable. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and for material changes we will say so in the app or by email to subscribers. Continuing to use ForeDrive after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
